Vine growing and wine run through the veins of Bruno Lafon. He has a native Burgundian background, and the Magellan property in Languedoc was an opportunity to write his own story. All of the farming is organic and sustainable. This amazing white is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Colombard and a touch of Muscat. Beautiful subtle aromas with bright notes of citrus, pear and melon. The palate is fresh, fruit forward with a lovely lingering expression. Enjoy with roast chicken creamy cheeses, and roasted or grilled vegetables.
